week 8

Well what can I say but I have been kind of bad the past week. I haven't really gone out and exercised at all. I still weigh 156 so I guess its good I haven't gained anything.
I'm shooting for 150 for Dragon Con but 145 would be amazing. I just have so much going on with school that I don't know if i will make it there. But I'm still going to try my best!

Goal Weight:150-145lbs.

Week 7?

Yeah yeah yeah I know!
I missed last week but I have been keeping up with the hard part working out and eating better.
Last week and this week are about the same. however I forgot and weighed myself at my normal time today. I did so after I had been up and had breakfast and my mid morning snack and typically I weigh my self first thing. So it could be different and I will weight my self tomorrow just to see.
So all in all I'm around 156
Oh well here is to a good week!
