Well what can I say but I have been kind of bad the past week. I haven't really gone out and exercised at all. I still weigh 156 so I guess its good I haven't gained anything.
I'm shooting for 150 for Dragon Con but 145 would be amazing. I just have so much going on with school that I don't know if i will make it there. But I'm still going to try my best!

You could try exercising during commercial breaks while you watch TV (assuming you watch TV of course). Like when commercial starts, you do say... 5 push ups (or more), then sit ups. Or crunches. You'll see the difference, I promise you!
