Yeah yeah yeah I know!
I missed last week but I have been keeping up with the hard part working out and eating better.
Last week and this week are about the same. however I forgot and weighed myself at my normal time today. I did so after I had been up and had breakfast and my mid morning snack and typically I weigh my self first thing. So it could be different and I will weight my self tomorrow just to see.
So all in all I'm around 156
Oh well here is to a good week!
